"After being woke up at 2am and again at 4:45am by the guest next door, I was informed he is dropped off by his father and the hotel “babysits” him until someone comes back to pick him up. It could be days before someone returns. The night manager and the day manager both stated he has mental issues. I was unaware of this property being a “safe house” facility and would have reserved my one night stay somewhere else that wasn’t as expensive. I paid more thinking it would be a better experience...

"Pretty decent room for a one night stay. Had some staining on the blankets/pillow cases but other than that, everything else was clean and put together. Definitely could use some updates but no complaints others than you can hear every footstep of the people above you and the pool was out of service and that was not made known before hand (we were not using it anyway but I feel that could be inconvenient for others.) Free breakfast in the mornings and access to ice machines and vending machines....

"The staff was helpful and friendly. Our queen room was clean and nicely updated. The surrounding area is nice and safe. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The person at the desk did not know what he was doing 3 different people checking our rooms were not paid and our cards were declined. The guest in front of me waited 3 hours for the guy to figure out what he was doing wrong. I waited an hour to get checked in. it was 10:30 at night. Ultimately he wasn’t doing something right to check people in. "

"Booked this hotel as it was advertised as having a pool. The pool was closed for maintenance when we checked in. I had worked 9 hours and drove 4 hours to get there. It was almost 9pm. I was not switching hotels. I think I should have been alerted prior to check in day so I had a choice to book elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!!"

"The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly but the front desk wasn’t manned and you had to track someone down."

"The hotel was fine, but there wasn’t anyone working the front desk most of the time so it’s a good thing we didn’t need anything."

"The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay."

"Nice quiet place to stay, it’s not 5 star but they’ve updated some stuff with some stuff still needing updating. Close too food. Staff was friendly and had accidentally put my deposit through as a charge when I checked my card later. Quick 5 minute call and it was returned. I’d stay again no problem and recommend to anyone"
