Great room, very large, a little dark could use some lighting improvement for areas like the coffee bar and bedroom. Loved the courtyard. Security latch on the courtyard door was missing. Great conference venue. Room to mingle and network.

Rooms large and clean, but overall the interior of this property needs a facelift. Carpet in hallways dirty, cobwebs on light fixtures and overall dated furnishings. Outdoor spaces were beautiful and decorated in fall themes. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

We booked the hotel because it was supposed to have a HOT tub and HEATED pool but both were so COLD we were so disappointed. Ruined the relaxation time we saved up for to have. The room was nice and clean and spacious though. Beds very comfortable. The outside night time decor was beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit.

The room was very clean well maintained. The staff was great. I didn't like that the breakfast wasn't included. I didn't like the lighting at the side entrance. The door to the side entrance didn't open with key card.

Ally/Bri/Kayla were a huge help at the front desk with getting my wife and I in our room for the weekend. Big shout out to Corey from maintenance for getting our heat fixed in the room! We had an issue where the AC was running non stop and it was 58° in the room, he was there within 20 minutes and had it fixed in no time! Thanks all! Will definitely be returning!

Stop looking if you’re in Newark or Heath cuz this place is beautiful and amazing. The staff is wonderful the place has so many places to sit relax and have good conversations. The center yard is very pretty both in am/pm. I’d definitely come back again.

This is a unique quaint property that feels like you are staying at a country Inn in the middle of an Arboretum. The geese wander around the duck swim in the pond and it feels so inviting and comfortable. I would definitely return to this property.
