"We have stayed at Merry Manor for years and it has gone downhill. Rooms need to be updated. The pool and hot tub area is over crowded. The hot tub jets weren’t working, water was dirty. Inexpensive option for a winter getaway with a year round outdoor pool, but not my first choice anymore. The staff is friendly and helpful!"

"We stay here every time we go to Kennebunkport. Great location! Calm, peaceful atmosphere with the ocean right there. Clean and comfortable rooms with easy parking and access to downtown."

"The amenities were excellent, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just one minute from the airport, which made traveling incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast with plenty of options and the two free welcome drinks, they also have socialization hour from 5-6:30 which were a nice added touch."

"The establishment is older but its very clean and that's more important to us. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. It's cute and quaint and has a nice breakfast. The pool area and gazebo are nice places to relax. The laundry room was convenient. The staff was attentive. We spent some time at the 3 story Kittery Outpost (think REI/Bass Pro on steroids), which was nearby (as well as other designer outlet stores). We also visited Cascade Falls and Cape Elzabeth. We would stay again! :)"

"Our room, though very compact, was clean and the bed comfortable. No mirror in the bedroom area; only in the bathroom. Bathroom was clean and sufficient but very thin towels and the toilet seat was cracked/peeling. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. Offerings were minimal and some was inedible fruit and with an hour to go in the breakfast timing there was very little left. When told about the empty servers and cold case, staff just shrugged and nothing was refilled. Very paltry and...
