"Overall a very nice and clean property ….obviously at a hefty price. Check in experience was very poor as we arrived on Sunday just before 5pm and had no communications from reception about accessing our property keys….so it all started with uncertainty. Not a pleasant start. And then one of the main cooking gas stove burner wasn’t functional so also the light/plug systems in the master bedroom. No one expects a poorly maintained appliances to deal with when one books a luxury stay. "

"We had such a lovely stay at the B&B, I am so so pleased we booked here when visiting the Jervis Bay area. Jan was an absolutely fantastic host, great recommendations and a truly delicious breakfast basket hand delivered to your door each morning. "Following the front desk recommendation ate at the excellent Chinese restaurant in the building. Afterwards enjoyed a relaxing walk along the beach front. The only disappointment was that the lift became non functional during our stay. Staff were very helpful though and carried our luggage down three floors on our departure day. The issue was actioned quickly by staff, but repairs were delayed while waiting for a replacement part. "

"No beach view, but that didn't matter. Apartment was nestled a little back from the beach. I would guess the complex was built about 15 to 20 years ago, but facilities are maintained to a high standard. Room quality was very good, and the place impeccably clean. The pool was larger/deeper than expected and nicely refreshing. And the adjoining spa was invigorating. Check-in/out was very straightforward. Would I go back - Yes"
