South Coast Hotels with parking

"Hotel certainly not ready for travelers. Had to find off street parking in heavy rain just to check in. Next day, shower did not work. Had to shower in another room. No coffee avail at the hotel. Should not have been open with the lack of expected amenities."

"The king size bed in our room was like sleeping in a bowl. Everything ended up in the middle. The breakfast buffet was good, and the dinner was good as well. Their parking garage was under renovation, so they had us park in one of their satellite lots and charged us $20/day!"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place last week. Unfortunately my travel companion left a sweatshirt behind. Less than a week later I came in asking if it was in the lost and found and I was told to come back the following day. When I returned they said they needed another 10 minutes to check. I went for a walk and came back waited for over a half an hour before asking again if they had found it and was told no. Seems like they would have let me sit all day waiting for an answer if I hadn’t asked again. I hope in the future they come up with a better system for lost or stolen items. "
