"Overall, we had a great stay at Alyeska. The room was clean and recently renovated, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure and the hot and cold water came through quickly. The hair dryer was a T3 and worked well. The only issues we had were the resolution of the T.V. in the room was a little fuzzy and our room was supposed to have bathrobes but it did not. The restaurants we ate at were very good. "Limited handicap rooms and they are booked quickly. I’ve machine downstairs fro main floor which was not easy to reach with limited mobility. Breakfast selection was good and had scrambled eggs, sausage & also biscuits with gravy plus juice selection; impressed!"

"I’ve stayed in many Hiltons and this was the worst by a very long way - mostly due to the very poor attitude of the staff who treated us as a definite inconvenience and annoyance both at pre-check-in, check in, problems with the key - twice, and a long wait for a table at dinner only to be told gruffly ‘it’ll be an hour for food’ which is frankly useless for a hotel restaurant which was far from full. The room was -ridiculously- noisy with a funfare right outside with loud music til nearly...
