"Hottel Gal was very unhelpful, I got in early requested to check in early and was told I couldn't when i checked the internet site it showed that she could have checked me in. I ended up sitting in lobby for 4 hours. Overall, the place was not very well kept. Room was rundown, and musty. Bathroom hasn't been fixed up in a decade, lots of stains and worn-out floors, tub, and room in general was low budget. Very noisy, from guests, car alarms going off. "I liked having the room with a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen was immaculate, and so was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and it felt very safe being at this property. I will definitely stay here again! "

"Pros: About 8 miles from the Denali National Park entrance. Room was small, but clean. A plug in heater was provided. There's also a plug in fan. There is a min-refrigerator in the room. There were extra blankets if needed. Hair dryer is provided. There was a bottle of something on the wall of the shower - not sure if it was soap, shampoo, or a combination. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. Cons: The shower is tight and it took a while for the water to get hot. I recommend...

"We stayed here a few times. Always a great spot to be in the middle of the nature. BBQ and cooking facilities are a bonus, as well as the fire pit for a relaxing end of the day. Will stay again"

"The place just felt Alaskan, and the food is fantastic. The rooms aren't fancy, but they're solid, and very clean and quiet. I recommend the 2nd floor for the view over lake Wasilla. I will be staying there again."
