"The nicest mid range priced hotel in all of Anchorage. Lobby is super clean and smells great. Continental breakfast was well supplied. Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Let us leave our luggage behind the desk and take a late shuttle to the airport after we already checked out."

"My only negative comment was the lack of knowledge the staff regards the Tram access to the top of the mountain. The Tram workers had a few not all surly service staff. Beginning of the season reminders to ll to smile and be more helpful to people spending $40 to ride a tram. Also the F&B service ..."

"Hotel room was run down walls had paint peeling, the bathroom looked dirty and smelled musty, there was stains and sticky stuff on the floor. The door looked like someone tried to break in. The windows only shut with a stick. Not worth the money. Don’t stay there."
