"Good: Phenomenal location, pool with hot tub (required reservations, but the views and atmosphere was wonderful), nice room, great restaurants, both in the hotel and at the top of the mountain Needs improvement: Room was cold -- we tried to increase temp, but it stayed cool the entire stay; room had no desk or table -- we had work to do and had to relocate to find a place to do it Overall it was a wonderful stay"

"This place had an amazing restaurant on site, parking was easy, the lobby was gorgeous and also had a coffee station with breakfast items in the lobby. The lobby had a gorgeous fireplace and gift shop. In terms of the rooms, this was nice / standard and the bed was comfy. I especially liked this place had black out Curtains and a fridge ( this was our best place lodging in Alaska during our stay) would recommend and stay again,"

"The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. The rooms are dated--a little old fashioned for our tastes and the walk to and from the elevators was pretty long when transporting luggage (there were no luggage carriers or bell people). Also a little hard to find as the lobby entrance is in a parking lot behind the actual street address causing us to carry luggage up some stairs and through an alley."

"There is no staff, everything thing is handled through text. Make sure you arrive before 10 or that you already have your code. There are no amenities but a ton of personality. Think "Schitts Creek" in Alaska."

"The rooms are very small. The sink is located in with the main room, not within a bathroom. They do not have 24/7 complimentary coffee. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. The pool is tiny and everything in that room is rusted and it is very hot and humid. They definitely have a humidity control issue. We stayed 4 days and had to change out our own trash, ask for towels etc. all but 1 day. Overall, location is convenient and it is clean, just poor upkeeping."
