"We really enjoyed everything about our stay, from check-in through check-out. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Excellent view from our room and got to watch sea otters playing. Bed and pillows were just right for a good night's sleep. We had dinner at the restaurant and opted for the King Crab Leg and Filet Mignon special, It was the best dinner of our two week trip. We also had breakfast in the restaurant, which was also good. Nothing during our stay was less than perfect,...

"The room was cute and clean (as pictured). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is optimal for visiting the Sealife Center, shopping, and dining options. It is a short walk to the waterfront. It is not located near the Seward boat harbor, but during peak season there is a trolley that stops near the hotel. "
