"Disappointing stay. The room was not as clean as expected and lacked basic amenities such as a mirror and chair. The bathroom was also very small, with a small sink and mirror, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the room and facilities could use significant improvement.
Dining room for breakfast is full of mosquitoes"

"Charles Rahim loved the Emerald Biytique Hotel in legazpi because it was easy to park the car at, included a buffet breakfast and wasn't crowded. The rooms are slightly smaller but it still has everything. The staff are good. The hotel is within walking distance to Jolibee and its located in a side street off the main road which makes parking easier. No real view but liked it."

"We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. However, we were disappointed by the security deposit, as this additional fee was not clearly disclosed on the site. We only found out about it afterward when we check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since we were traveling cashless and relying only on cards and online payments. It would be better if the security deposit (in cash) were clearly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can be properly informed and prepared."
