"We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The cleaning staff were very attentive, and provided a wonderful service. Breakfast was great every day and the wait staff in the restaurant in the evening were fantastic. The two guys that ran the pool bar were awesome as well. Massages were great and we used the sauna and indoor thermal pool as well. We were sad to leave when we did but most certainly will be back. Ciao ciao."

This place runs on rules upon rules upon regulations, and the photos are doing heroic work—instead of an idyllic hillside retreat, you get a tired, austere little fiefdom that makes a Holiday Inn look like the Ritz. "The room and the hotel were very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The shuttle services were very useful, especially when checking in and checking out with all of our luggage . The beach was our favorite as it wasn’t too busy and the water was great! The breakfast was actually really good. The restaurant food was okay, but not our favorite. "Pros: The hotel has a nice sea view and easy access to a swim area on the beach. It’s a short walk if you want to take a ferry to Capri or any of the Amalfi coast towns and not a far walk from the train station. Cons: The room came with a massive Jacuzzi tub that we wouldn’t use. The shower was extremely small due to the massive tub. Also, the iron was difficult to use as they have it attached to ironing board so you have less than a foot of cord to work with. Its so close to everything, we easily went through the back entrance to walk into town center and the docks and the train station is barely a 5 minute walk away. They did absolutely zero to even acknowledge this or even wish me a Happy Birthday despite them scanning my passport further confirming that it was indeed my 40th birthday.
