"We arrived a day late because of flight issues and were not refunded or credited any amount. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room with two queen size beds and plenty of room to spread out. The 4th floor restaurant!!! 360 views, excellent breakfast, pizza was DELICIOUS! Orlando, the server, was incredible! He took such great care of us the entire time. "What a lovely clean, spacious hotel. We had a family room and there was a separate area (separate room really but no door) for the kids. Great breakfast with fruit, croissants, ham&cheese, eggs, lots of cakes. Nice area and not noisy. Beds very comfortable. One of the best sleeps this week. "
