"This is a lovely place in downtown Oslo, close the train station and cruise ship terminal. Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and well appointed rooms. Definitely good value and location."

"Good location, a stone throw away from Oslo Sentral. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of variety. It was a weekend and too many occupants in the hotel, so we were given 50 minutes for the breakfast only, otherwise I could spend two hours eating. The next day we have a early train to catch, the hotel is very considerate to prepare mini buffet breakfast from 430am for the early birds."

"Although Staff was on strike, Check in went well. Beautiful lobby, outside terrasse, very well situated (train station, opera, Munch museum, etc.). Quality price is ok. In the afternoon, kinda rotten-cabbage smell went through the hotel, staff told me it was the neighbour building throwing ts garbage. This is not acceptable."

"It is easy to locate from the airport via flybuss, get off at Hasle and a 10 minute walk. Breakfast lovely and lounge. Accessible to transport. Staff are good, only thing is a safe would have been great to put passports etc in."

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."

"Das Frühstück war super, alles reichlich sogar frisches Obst. Kaputer Fensterverschluss in Zimmer 250. Rezeption Kellner und Zimmerservice war freundlich. Wir kommen wieder, zumal das Hotel optimal für einen Oslobesuch am Hauptbahnhof liegt."

"Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!"
