And then hot water lasted only 30 seconds both times I tried. Hotels.com had this rated at a 10 with five phony 10 rated reviews. I have stayed in Delhi more than 20 times at 4 star to 2 star hotels. This was the second worse I have seen. There was also a disgusting brown smear on wall by the bed."

"Staying at Hotel Church House was a great experience. The location in Rohini Sector 15 is very convenient, especially being right above Axis Bank. The room was neat, air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing made for a very peaceful night's sleep. The staff was professional and made the check-in process very smooth. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay!"
