"This hotel advertises itself as a 3 star hotel but I needed a telescope to find the stars. The rooms were dirty, bedsheets had stains, the service was poor and the staff were extremely rude. Seemed like they didn't want guests."

"I booked this hotel online through Expedia for my mother, but when we arrived at the listed address, the hotel didn’t exist. There was another hotel at the same address under a different name. To avoid further hassle, I had to book a room at that hotel instead. This was very confusing and inconvenient. Please make sure the listing is accurate to prevent this for other travelers."
