"Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist."

"Super cheap and super basic. Situated In a relatively grim alley, hotel is made up of rooms without external windows set around an internal hall over several floors, feels a bit like a Victorian prison! Still, guy in charge was helpful and spoke good English. It seemed clean, and bed was comfortable enough. For the few hours I spent here in the afternoon waiting for a night bus this did the job great. Don’t book a two week vacation here though."

"When I arrived at 4:30am after a delayed flight, it looked like reception was closed. There was someone inside but the lights were out. Then they showed me to my room which at the time I said was ok - sort of - as I just wanted sleep. I only slept 4 hours as the room was very dirty on closer inspection and the mattress was so old the springs were sticking into me. "A really nice surprise, possibly the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel before. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else in Delhi and it will be the new benchmark to compare other hotels too. Everyone knows you name, nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are huge which means it's a great base of you are staying a little longer. Location is convenient for most attractions."
