"10/10 Experience at Secrets Tulum! 🌴 Secrets Tulum was easily one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. My girlfriend and I spent four days here, and every single day was amazing — from the service and food to the drinks, entertainment, beach, and overall atmosphere. A huge shoutout to George at the Beach Club. He was incredible and helped us with everything, including setting up our beach bed and making sure we were comfortable. He was extremely kind and attentive. Christian, our waiter/bartender, was absolutely amazing. He brought us drinks, gave us great recommendations, talked with us, and made us feel right at home. I would honestly come back just to see Christian and George again! Another huge shoutout to Johnny, the event coordinator, and his entire team. The foam party was one of the best resort events I’ve ever experienced. Johnny even remembered our names and what we liked the next day. He also organized a volleyball event and did an amazing job bringing everyone together. One of the funniest moments was Johnny remembering my girlfriend’s favorite song, “La Chona,” and playing it during the foam party on her birthday. She absolutely loved it! Definitely participate in the resort events — the foam party, volleyball, bingo night, and everything else were so much fun. We met some amazing people and made great memories. The food and drinks were great, the bartenders were friendly and remembered our names, and the music and pool atmosphere were perfect for relax"

"This was an amazing experience for two honeymooners. When we got there, we were met with very attentive and friendly staff helped us settle in. The place was very well maintained and our room was so lovely. The complementary breakfast allowed for 4 total plates and 4 drinks which served as a big brunch that could hold us over until dinner. The room service was thorough and brought free sodas and snacks. I have no complaints about the beach Tulum and I hope to come back someday in the future. They made us feel so special and we felt at home despite having never had done anything like this. Thank you the beach Tulum!"

"We spent 3 nights there. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. Hotel atmosphere is amazing. Rooms are very stunning! Location is good and in the main hotels road. It is 15 min drive to Tulum city centre. Is good for chill-time and not especial activity like party."

"Sana was absolutely fantastic. Great location, staff are incredible. We had a room with a private lounge pool and it was absolutely spotless. Great air con, TV with Netflix (our other 2 Tulum beach hotels didn’t have this), great food and the architecture of the hotel is beautiful. Very peaceful and calming. We were also fortunate to see sea turtles nesting. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff make it particularly special."

"The greeting when we arrived was great. The service providers were all very helpful, and gave a greeting by name every time they saw me. They were eager to make sure that I had what ever I needed. Sergio, The two Cristians were very helpful to me the entire stay. Cristian in the office was a great help planning things to do, and arranging transportation. The room was in a great location on the beach, just steps away from the water. The hotel is positioned well in the Tulum hotel zone, walking distance to great restaurants, coffee-Starbuck :), ice cream parlors, bars/restaurants like Ziggy's beach club and others. I would definately return, and have already recommended it to a friend."
