"The hotel was beautiful. From the lobby to the room, everything was great. The room was amazing and very clean and spacious. One area that could be improved is it looked like there was a little bit of mold growing in the corners of the shower. But it wasn’t bad and could probably be taken care of pretty easily. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any requests I had. The location is also very conveniently located within a five minute walk to a huge mall with many shops and restaurants. And it’s quick and easy to get a grab or a taxi to take you anywhere you want to go. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Jakarta in the future. "
"My family and I are very impressed at the amazing service rendered here. Staff are always ready with a smile, whenever our private hire reaches the hotel, staff at the entrance will never fail to open our car doors and help us with our items. Front desk is friendly, greeting us and smiling whenever we walk past.
We had our flight arrive early on the day of check-in, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel to grab breakfast. The hotel has a lovely lounge area which is spacious and comfortable. They were kind to allow us to check-in early at 12pm. Hotel has kid-friendly activities such a tote bag painting and DIY slime making, as well as an indoor playground in the meeting room. The pool facilities were clean and well-managed.
Breakfast was delicious, with a variety that changes daily. There's a live egg station and empty dishes were cleared promptly. Feedback was sought from management about the food and any dissatisfaction was almost immediately worked upon.
Housekeeping team was very friendly. One of the housekeepers, Cindy, folded a crab out of a bath towel for our young children. They loved it. We appreciate the extra service given by her. Room was always tidied up well, with the kitchenette in the room, we did not expect our dishes to be washed, but they were.
Thank you Citadines for providing our family with such an amazing stay. We will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others, especially for those with young children."

"As soon as I got there the staff immediately started helping, they helped with luggage, opened the doors, guided me where to go. They led me to check in which is on the 51st floor. Gave me my room card and there was a water station there so I got some. Headed to my room and it was enormous. Beautiful views, everything was clean, amazing bathroom and had a separate room for my luggage. A few minutes later and the staff brought my bags to my room. Breakfast here is wonderful. Most of the tables have a fantastic view of the city. The food selection was great and you can have breakfast up to 11am. I recommend getting there before 10:30 because that’s when they start to clean up. The bar was amazing and affordable, very friendly guest and had no issues talking in English. There’s lots of foreigners there so you’ll have no trouble talking.!If there’s a problem they always try to accommodate you. The swimming pool is fantastic with enough room. The chairs they had at the pool are comfortable and spacious. The hot tubs are in the locker room, separate for men and women. The sauna is a good size and was perfect. They close the pool at 10pm but even at the later hours there’s still people enjoying themselves. There’s a good sized plaza near the hotel that’s only 8 minutes away walking. That plaza has lots of food options, Starbucks, KFC, Hokben, lots of cafes, yogurt spots and much more. Theres no mall within walking distance but if you take a taxi it’s a 12-18 minute drive. "
