One area that could be improved is it looked like there was a little bit of mold growing in the corners of the shower. But it wasn’t bad and could probably be taken care of pretty easily. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any requests I had. The location is also very conveniently located within a five minute walk to a huge mall with many shops and restaurants. And it’s quick and easy to get a grab or a taxi to take you anywhere you want to go. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Jakarta in the future. "

We had our flight arrive early on the day of check-in, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel to grab breakfast. The hotel has a lovely lounge area which is spacious and comfortable. They were kind to allow us to check-in early at 12pm. Hotel has kid-friendly activities such a tote bag painting and DIY slime making, as well as an indoor playground in the meeting room. The pool facilities were clean and well-managed.
Breakfast was delicious, with a variety that changes daily. There's a live egg station and empty dishes were cleared promptly. Feedback was sought from management about the food and any dissatisfaction was almost immediately worked upon.
Housekeeping team was very friendly. One of the housekeepers, Cindy, folded a crab out of a bath towel for our young children. They loved it. We appreciate the extra service given by her. Room was always tidied up well, with the kitchenette in the room, we did not expect our dishes to be washed, but they were.
