"The property is well maintained. One problem I had was a lack of laundry facilities. There was only 1 washer and dryer. We had to go down several times before we had access to the laundry."

"The lobby floor/surfaces was not clean. The staff was nice. Doors/glass/windows were smudged and dirty. Room was comfortable, but hair in shower, sink and on bed. No daily service, for example our bed or towels were never freshened. We had to go to the front desk for towels. I feel that is not the normal 4 star hotel experience. "

"Found hair and things in the beds and room, that seems as though the cleaning staff was not super thorough. It may have even been their hair that fell out when changing the beds, but still gross. Overall, the property was OK for a night. It is right next to I-4. There are plenty of restaurants and things close by. Main street is about 10 minutes away. "
