"The property is well maintained. One problem I had was a lack of laundry facilities. There was only 1 washer and dryer. We had to go down several times before we had access to the laundry."

No daily service, for example our bed or towels were never freshened. We had to go to the front desk for towels. I feel that is not the normal 4 star hotel experience. "
