I don’t think my room was cleaned beforehand at all except for the sheets, towels and trash. There were dried up contacts and food bits on the floor, which was all slippery. And the countertops and tub had visible gunk and hair all over them. Front desk staff were all very lovely though.

The staff are friendly and helpful. During a recent move, we have had to bounce around to different hotels while traveling from New England to Orlando. We tried another hotel closer to the Orlando area to try and save some funds. That proved to be a bad decision and returned here. Economical value and a better stay all around. The area is safe here in Sanford. While this hotel does not offer breakfast, there are many dining options close by, some within walking distance and others a short drive away. If you are looking for bells and whistles, pay more and go there. If you are looking for a convenient, bug free, clean, quiet and safe space, you can’t go wrong here. They are pet friendly, however they will only allow dogs. Bonus points for being right next door to a Wawa.

Great location and friendly staff. Amenities are only provided the first night, then you either have to pay for extra or bring your own. Really meant for longer term stays. Excellent economical choice for the area’s price point even during holiday weekend the rates were the same.

Very convenient location with tons of dining options within walking distance. The room was a very good size, but not without its faults. Roaches were noticed immediately and continously in the bathroom and kitchen area throughout the duration of our stay. Also, there was an insufficient quantity of clean linens for a stay consisting of two people.

The last minute 100 deposit was unexpected and the night clerk was simply rude when explaining it to us. The floors throughout the room we was given was very sticky, had to keep our shoes on. The bed was comfortable atleast. The morning attendant was pleseant.

The bathroom could've ben cleaner. Felt/heard bed springs and bed wasn't very comfortable. The 'property' we didn't see when we got there. It was dark. Looked pretty good in the morning. Evening and day staff were great.

Okay Stay

It got the job done. There were a few things that were questionable like the elevator inspection expired 8/2024 and it is now 3/2025, the lobby bathroom never seemed to get restocked with soap to wash your hands after, nor did it flush properly. The room had this weird smell in it that never seemed to go away. The front end staff were very pleasant, especially Estella. It was close to everything though.
