"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. No other room was available, so we had to sleep back in our original 78 degrees room with two fans they were...

"assim que cheguei me enviaram para um quarto básico , e eu tinha pago com cozinha. Tive que reclamar e identificaram que me enviaram pro quarto errado, o chão estava sujo e o vaso e o Box estavam sujos. A televisão não era smart , não tinha YouTube e eu estava com duas crianças . Ficaram de trocar de televisão mas não fizeram. A fronha da cama estava suja . Eu não gostei da estadia . Se eu voltar, será por falta de opção , porque o que o resort tem de bom, é a localização."
