Our room was comfortable and clean and we spent a lot of time out on out balcony enjoying the fabulous Florida air. The room is a bit small, but we didn't mind. If we were there, we were out on the balcony anyway. The gym is nice and the rooftop pool is so beautiful. We loved the neighborhood and if you like walking, the pier was only about a 20 minute walk away. "
