Pool beds are luxurious & deep but not clean, stains over them & after some rain were saturated. Spa is also not owned by the hotel & needs some attention, crumbling shower walls etc"

"The property is in a great location near shops and the waterfront where you can get a ferry. Our room had two terraces and a hot tub with excellent views across the city. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have the perfect stay. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel."
