"A little disappointed to be honest given all the positive reviews you read on here. We were in Room 6 (Annex), which is outside of the main hotel. Lots of small issues with the room, main one being the hot water in the annex. It’s a water heater and only gives you 3 mins 20 seconds of shower time until it goes cold (we timed it!). Then takes time to heat up again. The staff and the breakfast were very average. Overall we wouldn’t stay here again. Sorry guys, I hate to leave a negative review."

"Clean rooms and lovely turn down service. Breakfast was fantastic. The spa area was great as was the terrace area although this was only open on one day of our stay due to the weather. We decided to pay for a massage which was one of the best value for money treatments we have ever had. The staff were really friendly and 2:1 cocktail hour is a bonus. Would happily stay here again."

"Window ledge not been cleaned for months. Inside edge of toilet seat not cleaned !!! Great location. Nice breakfast. Run the shower for 15 minutes or you won’t get any hot water. Quiet location. Mix d feelings. Room big enough. But couldn’t open window, as onto main road at eye level. "

Lovely omelettes made to order in a morning and a good variety of food and drink Great location just minutes from the water and good transport links. Property exactly what we expected minus 1 shower door. "

"Great hotel and staff! We were welcomed by very friendly staff and offered Prosecco and juice upon arrival at reception. The room was clean and very spacious (double room with balcony and hot tub).There was also a complimentary bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket in the room and some sweet treats. We had already made the hotel aware that one of us was coeliac and the head chef met us each morning to take the order for breakfast. This included freshly made omelettes, pancakes with bacon, gluten free bread, muffins and pastries. The regular buffet breakfast was incredibly vast, fresh and very tasty. All tastes were catered for. We made use of the pool, sauna and spa facilities and would highly recommend a head, neck, shoulder and back massage. The staff throughout were very friendly and could not have done more. We wouldn’t hesitate returning to this hotel."

"Short 3 night break in Sliema with my daughter. Wonderful hotel, great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was upgraded to a junior suite, with an amazing balcony and views. Fantastic choice for breakfast. Coffe and cake in the bar area soooo good. Definitely recommend and will return. "
