"We stayed here the week we were getting married in Valletta. Initial impressions of the room were that it was a little tired and a small shower over the bath seemed inadequate. However, it proved to be both a very powerful shower and comfortable room. The view over to Valletta is spectacular and the quality of the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The highlight was the staff, who were always friendly and on hand to answer any queries or solve any problems. They helped make us feel special on the wedding day and throughout the week. Having stayed in other hotels in Sliema previously, we had not eaten in the OPA! restaurant downstairs but it is one of the best we have found locally and the 10% discount for residents is most welcome. I can highly recommend staying here, judged by the fact that we have already booked to return for our first wedding anniversary. "
