"The property itself was excellent. It is modern, immaculately clean. The kitchen is well equipped with two burners, a fridge and freezer, microwave and washing machine. "Great location to use as a base and communication from the property hosts was good. The word ‘luxury’ should not be used to describe this property. The sofa, cushions and curtains were all stained. The sunbeds around the pool were disgusting. The ceiling in the bedroom had patches of mould. The air con turned off after 45 mins and the boiler leaked twice. We also had a problem with ants with no solution offered. "

"Es ist eine nette kleine Wohnung mit Waschmaschine. Toll war, das Waschmittel, Spülmittel. Grundgewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer, sogar Öl und Alufolie sowie Backpapier im Schrank waren. Ein paar Klammern zum Aufhängen von Wäsche sowie Wäscheständer und Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind auch vorhanden. Ebenso ein Föhn. Als der Wasserdruck zu niedrig war, wurde dies sofort behoben. "The property was in an excellent location, communication was great and the property was everything I needed. The only small thing I found was that the floors hadn’t been washed and as I take my shoes off when I enter a house, I found I needed to wash my feet before bed. I ended up wearing slippers to combat this. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends though. "

"We were astonished as soon as we walked into this unit. It was on the 12th floor right on the harbour and the view is incredible. You can easily see where it gets is name from. "Great hotel base in Sliema for visiting the area. It’s on a hill, in a built up area, so may not suit travellers looking for a sea view or with mobility issues. However, it’s only a 5-10 minute walk down to the waterfront. The hotel shares pool, spa and buffet facilities with the 5* AX Palace which was great. Our room was over looked and faced directly into the next building, which was disappointing but not an issue as we spent so little time in our room. Our twin room was spacious, well equipped & maintained, although did not have USB charging points. We booked Half Board and were delighted that this included a bottle of wine and water each evening. The staff were friendly and service was efficient. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned to a high standard by the housekeeping team. We really enjoyed our stay. "
