"Hidden resort fee of $50 daily and we didn’t even get to use it our first night after checking in at 10pm. Pool is shared with a residential unit and no change rooms/towels. Breakfast items were overpriced and mediocre. Very disappointing quality for a 4 star property. "

"The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. "

"We enjoyed our stay! The positives were that the staff was really friendly, the hotel was clean and there were a lot of food options nearby. I’m glad we stayed at this tower because it seemed less busy than the others. The negative is the cost. With the daily fee to park our car and the daily resort fee it was an extra $718.00 for 6 days. Had I done the math ahead of time we may have opted for somewhere different. Overall it’s a great hotel to stay with kids at. It was nice having several pool...

"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "
