"Everything was great. Staff helpful & friendly. Location great for us. Close to my nephews & the beach. Only thing was the king mattress was hard. It was like sleeping on a bale of hay. Also, the metal chairs on our lanai were oversized & a bit odd. They took up most of the lanai. Other than that, pool, bar area, staff, food by the pool & location were all great. I would stay again but may try a different size bed."

"Our family likes the location very much! It is close to Ala Moana Mall and it is very convenient to get to Waikiki. We also have a rental car so we went to different beaches and drove around the island. At night, we swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub. We got the partial ocean view room and it was spacious and comfortable for the family of four. Staff members are very friendly. "There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "
