"On arrival the check-in was straight forward no problem there, then we went to our room which was a lovely surprise room 61 was almost a small terraced bungalow including gardens we loved it,the hotel had a beautiful dining area and breakfast was continental or cooked to order again a brilliant choice on the menu and finally the staff reception brilliant,the waiting on staff brilliant,bar staff brilliant all in all brilliant"

"This hotel is amazing. We’ve been coming here as a family of 4 for over 7 years and every time it’s great. We’ve especially come for the pool and breakfast which are both excellent. I’d like to highlight the exemplary breakfast staff who do their upmost to make sure it’s special. Special hot chocolate? No problem. Special hot muffins? No problem. We use the family sized rooms and they’re great for a family of 4 with 2 big kids."

"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "

"Visited with a friend, we had a very large twin room with large bathroom (room was for accessibility needs which we did not require but would definitely highly recommend for anyone that does have) Tea and coffee facilities, lovely bathroom supplies. We wanted flexibility in morning so didn’t have breakfast but the 11am checkout was great for us for extra chatting time"
