"AC was not working in a really hot humid day. Then they said that was the last room they had, they were sold out, you shouldn't sell a room without AC if it's the last one, that's a lack of integrity by management. To top it off, there was a seemingly blood stain on the sheets, and I could hear everything the person next door did literally separated by a thin door/wall. I've stayed in other comfort inns without issues, this was really disappointing."

Beds were not comfortable 😒, sagging. No breakfast included with room price! Pool on was not accessible, had to go down 4 flights of stairs to get there. No elevator?? Air conditioning loud."
