"The floor in our hotel room was dirty. I had to throw out all my white socks. They could have washed the floor. Maybe that's why they give you slippers. The shower was the most ridiculous shower I ever seen. The whole floor in the bathroom got wet. There are no doors to open up, just a glass wall that covers nothing. You need 10 bath towels just for the floor. The food was the best part. We ate in the restaurant once and ordered room service once."

"Staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, in fact each meal was freshly cooked and they were always wanting to do whatever they could to accommodate needs. Whilst the hotel is expensive we couldn’t recommend it enough and it is worth the price."
