"The hotel had a great location- easy access & plenty of parking. Morning breakfast was tasty in a lovely well appointed dining room. Rooms were clean, a little dated but met our needs. Bed was very firm. "

"This hotel is fine, but it is not anywhere near a 4 star hotel. The rooms are really run down and dirty, smelled like mildew and there were ants all over the floor. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, and the AC and fridge barely worked. The property itself is nice and the hotel is on the water which is always a perk, but this felt much more like a dingy motel then it did a 4 star resort. We stayed here to be close to a wedding venue which made it worth the stay but there's no other reason to...

"Great stay with Francesco, Nino (his father) and Concetta (who made breakfast and cleaned the rooms)! The property is in a beautiful setting and Francesco takes pride in keeping the grounds beautiful. Nice plantings, a beautiful lawn, and well maintained. Everyone was very helpful and willing to give tips and suggestions for visiting the area. Breakfast was nice and served on the covered terrace with fantastic views. Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"We had wonderful service and the food was varied enough in the buffet restaurant. The bookable restaurants are amazing and we highly recommend the Thai. The beach was clean and comfortable and the pools are welcoming with enough space to sit and relax. The only downside is the two hour spa charge if 25euro! Sadly the spa was always empty!! If the charge was more reasonable we would have paid. Overall a lovely hotel."

"Beautiful grounds and pool. Beach disappointing, but quiet. Music every evening went on too late, near hotel rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffets excellent, but very difficult to get to anywhere else to dine as shuttle returned to hotel at 6pm. Hire car would be useful, but not essential as there are trains and taxis available. "
