"The staff at check-in was very helpful even though he spoke no English we were able to communicate effectively and he helped us to figure out our parking spot in a private lot, which is definitely a challenge in Palermo! The rooms were small, but neat and clean, perfect for what we needed for our stay. The building does not have any windows in the hallways, and so the lights automatically turn off, which took some getting used to, but wasn’t a problem in the end. it would be nice in the...

"Had the most wonderful stay at Palazzo Raho from start to finish! I was greeted by Fabio who is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. My room was lovely - very clean and comfortable and lots of storage. Water pressure in the shower was amazing which I didn’t expect 3 floors up in such a beautiful old building. "This property is right in the center of the old city and the major attractions - -theater, cathedral, monastery, 4corners. The room was clean and cozy and had an espresso machine for use by guests. I arrived a day later than my reservation and had some difficulty contacting the manager for an entry code. The area near the property is noisy at all hours. The restaurants near the property are nothing special and a tour guide informed that many of them are franchise restaurants."
