One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The owner was very kind to pick us up from the train station and arranged for us to get back into town when we were ready to pick up our car. The staff was kind, attentive, and efficient. "We booked the hotel because there of the swimming pool… which is reserved to the wedding guests only. The available swimming pool is in a second hotel, 10min away by car! Clearly this is not communicated on the hotel description The hotel was nice, service was minimum"

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel.
