The property is lovely as is the staff - particularly in the dining areas. I was disappointed not to have a bathtub. But that was about my only disappointment. My turndown service was the best of any hotel I have heretofore stayed in … and I am a retired hotel owner!

I would like to recommend it as the #1 best hotel in Sicily. It is unfortunate that the swimming pool is not open, but it has all the advantages of a hotel. All the staff were friendly and the food was so delicious. Although the hotel is old, it was very clean.

This is a quaint elevated prooerty on the harbor of Palermo. If you want to rest and get away a must. The spa treatment was divine. Food yummy. Bed like sleeping on a cloud.

Villa Igeia is an absolutely magical place to escape the hustling downtown of Palermo. We stayed for two nights and I wish we had more time. The staff and service was impeccable, dinner at restaurant Florio is worthy of a Michelin star. The concierge team, especially Irene went above and beyond to assist us with planning prior to arrival. I highly recommend this property.
