"the hotel was clean and spacious for our family of 4 (2 young children) with the 2 single twins pushed together. The hotel provides pjs and slippers for adults and kids. Amenities like face products, toothbrush set and more are provided as well. The location is conveniently beside train station to connect to areas of Tokyo. Easy travel for disney day. There is a convenience store downstairs for easy snacks, water, milk, etc. I would stay here again! "

"Yes the breakfast was fresh and lots of variety. Lots of people and long queues in the moring. Really appreciate the shuttle to and from airport. Checking in was abit chaotic as self check in was not clear and staff was not that helpful. Was allocated a lovely room"

"The room was clean. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was awesome. However, they did not have an iron available for my whole stay. Also, the bed was a little hard."

"We stayed here our last night in Tokyo before flying back to US. It was super convenient being at the airport already. They were able to store our luggage after we checked out until it was time to check in for our flight. There were many food options and also several places to shop (including 24 hour Lawson’s!). There was a piano open for play and also a rickshaw you could ride around if interested. We managed to keep ourselves entertained for 6 hours before our flight."
