"Hard to find initially but once found, easy and good location. Staff were friendly. Free drinking water every day and extra at the front desk. No fridge in the room but could use the one in reception. "

"Had one night in Chungdu. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful to make sure we made the most of our short stay. We were upgraded and our request for a room on a lower floor was made possible. Shame we didn’t have more time to explore the hotel but a great location and super room. "

He was extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming, and went out of his way to share great tips about Chongqing that made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. His service really elevated my experience. Overall, the combination of world class facilities and outstanding hospitality makes this hotel an easy choice. I’d happily return on my next visit and recommend it to friends and family."
