Very good location, convenient laundry. Very nice room, clean and spotless. The bed is very comfy. The shower is not the best, pression is weak and hot water is inconsistent. Grateful for the free wattle bottles at the lobby. Overall a good experience!

Hard to find initially but once found, easy and good location. Staff were friendly. Free drinking water every day and extra at the front desk. No fridge in the room but could use the one in reception.

We had a really great stay overall. The room was very nice, a decent size, and super clean. Really central location which was sooooo good. One thing we appreciated was being able to message reception on WeChat to let them know when we wanted the room cleaned, since we were usually still asleep during the usual cleaning time. The free noodle/ramen bar was a really cool bonus! The lobby itself is also really cool and has a great vibe. The only downside was the hallway leading to the rooms, it could definitely use a good clean/vacuum. There was sometimes a weird smell and it just looked a bit dirty compared to the rest of the hotel - rooms and common areas were super clean tho!! PS: The hotel is quite hard to find at first as there aren’t proper signs. It’s right next to the Lawson, go into the doors beside Lawson, take the elevator up to Level 2, and you’ll find it. If you think you’re in the wrong place, you’re probably in the right place 😂 Overall, a great stay and would recommend! just don’t panic when you’re trying to find the entrance!

Value for money

It was really hard to find after a long day travelling and without the help of some locals we’d still be looking now! The entrance lets it down but once inside it’s fine. With regards to value for money it’s great, a bit funky, with supplies to purchase in the lobby including drinks and snacks at really good prices. Really useful laundry facilities and free too! When you’re done with Asian food you’ll find a fab little Italian at the end of the road called Napoli. There’s some artisan coffee shops and bakeries which were lovely too.

Amazing location and friendly staff

Amazing location for the hotel. Hotel staff were super friendly and were very helpful. We got a late check out for a later flight which was amazing! There is a washer and dryer which is great to use! The only issue is that someone smoked in the bathroom so there was cigarette smoke in the room. No fridge in the room which wasn't a problem. Otherwise it was a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Renovated accommodation in an old building at conveniently located area close to Chongqing Pedestrian Mall. Hotel address in QR code was infected with virus planted by unscrupulous people and the written address in Chinese is understood by taxi drivers.

The hotel is clean. Location is very convenient. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Toilet is clean and with good supply of hot water. The staff are very good and super helpful. I was able to use the washing machine during my stay. Appreciate the free laundry liquid soap. The lobby is amazing! There are some treadmill and bike for exercising, but didn't use them because I was walking and climbing stairs a lot already during my stay.

Sehr zentral gelegen, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lawson Convenience Store direkt nebenan). Etwas schwierig zu finden, am Gebäude ist keinerlei Schriftzug des Hotels, auch im Eingangsbereich nicht, wo verschiedene Firmen vermerkt sind. Das Hotel befindet sich im 2. Stock, ich hatte vorab vom Hotel ein Foto der Fassade gesendet bekommen, sonst hätte ich es nicht gefunden. Mein Basic-Doppelzimmer war nicht riesig aber sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, das Bett war bequem. Gestört hat mich jedoch, dass das Fenster nach innen in Richtung eines Flurs zum Notausgang ging und das Zimmer somit überhaupt kein Tageslicht hatte. Man hat wirklich nichts von draußen gesehen - weder ob es hell oder dunkel ist, noch ob die Sonne scheint oder es regnet. Außerdem musste man das Verdunklungsrollo immer geschlossen lassen, da sonst andere Gäste vom Flur ins Zimmer blicken konnten. Die Dusche war geräumig, leider ließ sich die Temperatur aber nur zusammen mit dem Wasserdruck über einen Drehregler höherstellen. Wenn man warm duschen wollte, war der Wasserdruck knapp unter Hochdruckreiniger und nicht mehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch das Gepäck nach dem Checkout noch einige Stunden im Hotel aufzubewahren kein Problem. Für den günstigen Preis war das Hotel in Ordnung, ich würde beim nächsten Mal auf ein Zimmer mit Fenster nach außen achten.
