A great location and I was offered an upgrade at a reasonable price. Room was quiet which was nice. Gym was a little small, but fine. To add more detail in mandarin: 前台在21楼，大厅有2只小鹦鹉，前台员工斌斌，小慧，圆圆服务很好，办理入住很迅速，小付和小邹态度很好，退房的时候送了伴手礼.

I loved this hotel! You couldn’t ask for a better location, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by things to do, restaurants, and bars. The room was spotless, and I loved the style. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and the shower gel was honestly one of the best I’ve ever used. I genuinely had to resist the temptation to take it home! This place is a 10/10, and it was great value for money too.

The hotel was not hard to find. Was clearly stated in the building entrance what floor to go to to check in. Room was excellent. The daily breakfast was excellent and each day there was different choices. The hotel is situated in a very good location close to most all of the major amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful to the best they could given the language difference. All around a good place to stay.

Inspite of a little misunderstanding during check in, the management and the staff made it up during our stay stay with exceptional service. Overall it was a great experience staying at this place and on their first floor there is a gentleman who runs a tour service, this man was just amazing, if you need any tour excursion, please give him the business, you will not be disappointed 👍👍

Restaurant is very good, big relief for someone couldn’t handle the spicy food. staff super friendly . Big drawback is the shared elevator usage between multi hotels in the same building.

A great hotel in Chongqing. Right in the city centre, you can access the main shopping streets, the subway, and plenty of restaurants. The room we booked wasn't quite ready, so they gave us a free upgrade! The staff at the front desk, named Yoyo, was incredibly helpful when I lost an item on the train. She contacted the station for me and had them check. Even though the item wasn't found, I really appreciated the effort she put in to help me find it. Would definitely recommend this hotel :)
