"This would have got a 5 star review had there not been any redecorating going on, leaving corridors dark and smelly. Will be great at the end of it though. Standard room clean and spacious, large tv and immaculate bathroom. The shower was amazing. Ate and drank at the hotel. Food was delicious and drinks reasonably priced. Don’t forget to tell staff if you are staying at the hotel as you’ll get 25% discount on all food. Plenty of parking, free at weekends. Only there one night but a lovely stay....

"Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day "

"Good stay for NEC, parking at the hotel was £12.50 for residents for one night… now the food with lounge access…the minimal food that was to be seen was of poor choice when we arrived at 7pm even though there were only 4 people in there, I went to speak to a member of staff, the lady was lovely and went to get some food topped up for us, I’ve stayed in the Chester Crown Plaza, much better choice of food including prawn cocktail etc… Staff excellent, bar man attentive with finding crisps for my...

"I was extremely lucky to be allowed to check in a tad earlier than stated Outside of the building looks a little tired but there is parking outside for 4 cars however there is a road opposite that I parked in and had my partner pick up a couple days later . The area appears to be very nice. It was extremely easy to find from my journey from M5 . I enjoyed a little walk around the town . There’s a Tesco and a few charity shops and post office. My room was clean and had coffee making facilities....

"Room not the cleanest, false fingernail and tissue left by the side of the bed and thick dust on the top of the oak beam. Breakfast was excellent but the table was very sticky. Bedroom front door did not close properly and let a large of cold air into the room"
