"Excellent stay with an extremely friendly check in with a lovely lady called Joy on reception. Room was very spacious and quiet with a modern, clean bathroom and great shower pressure. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of free parking, nice restaurants and bars nearby as well as shopping. Will definitely stay here again when flying from Birmingham Airport."

"The property aesthetically looked great it was clean and had great amenities. I had requested a quiet room prior to booking as I needed to get work done and specified that but on arriving I was booked into a room with a crying child and family. To move I had to upgrade and pay for it which is a bit unfair considering I’d requested this prior to attending. The staff member said they couldn’t help that. I think they could. "Clean room. Looks like I stayed in a brand new renovated room. There is a lot of building work being done with the lift to my floor being out so had to walk the rest of the way up stairs which wasn’t a big issue for me."
