"The room was terrible. No bath towels provided, had to go to reception to get some. Something crawled over us in the night, turned the light on to find cockroaches crawling over the floor. Long black hair through the linen, even the extra blanket had cigarette burns.. a years worth of dust under the bed, no shampoo or conditioner provided.
