"We have stayed at this property several times before and we are never disappointed. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
The only suggestion is to have a pillow menu as the pillows were too hard and too high. "

"there is nothing bad about the place. it's a great place for our money's worth. i really don't know what the place had to offer. i have stayed there many times before as a member of a sports team.and we never really was there to take in what the place had to offer. i will be back. "
"You can judge quality by the quality of sunbeds. And they’ve got nice ones. Also you can tell 5 star by the quality of service received especially during breakfast as they waft around tidying plates but unnoticed as subtle. Mix up with paying twice but resolved satisfactorily. Quality products in bathroom. Definitely would stay again and recommend "
"This hotel is very well situated - easy walking to the Cairns marina, esplanade and various top restaurants. Our marina executive room had a wonderful view of the marina and mountains beyond. Walking to the city centre is also easy. Our room was well serviced by staff who were very non intrusive. The facilities are very clean. Updating the t.v. to a smart t.v. to allow access to streaming channels would be a plus.The pool is in a lovely setting, but some form of water heating would make swimming in the pool in August more inviting.
Overall though a lovely place to stay."
