"First time staying at an apartment in Japan. The station is a five minute walk. The apartment is clean and spotless. You have your own bathroom and shower. A washer inside the apartment and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom. You have everything you need there. Owner responds fast. Also a seven eleven around the corner. "
"This property was locked and required an entry code which felt quite safe. The front desk staff were friendly and it had a local market right on the corner. They also offer a laundry room. Its about a 10min walk to the train station and the local bus stops right outside the building. There is a playground directly across the street as well if you have little ones. Nice location"
"I loved my stay here! Such a quiet and lovely neighborhood, I felt safe! A short walk to the train station, many delicious restaurants nearby, and my room was super spacious! I can’t wait to stay here again!"

"This hotel was very clean and modern. Stayed in 4 different hotels on My Japan trip and this one was the most spacious. Great breakfast and friendly staff"
"Great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport for a late arrival or early departure. Easy to get to, lovely hotel and professional and helpful staff. "
"The hotel was very convenient to the Shinagawa Station which is why we originally booked this stay for our group. Its a huge hotel property with multiple wings, stores, restaurants and bars. Initially it was overwhelming, but after one run from the room out to get dinner and essentials at 711 (also on site), I was really happy we booked here. There are a lot of food options in the immediate area if you want to explore and a 24/7 fitness center that had good equipment. We only stayed one night and it was fresh off a flight from the US, but I would definitely stay here again….Only downside was the room AC didnt get below 73 and we are hot sleepers. Honestly, it wouldnt stop me from staying here again, there was way more upside! "
"My check in was smooth, my room was cleaned every day, staff was nice, great location, room had a beautiful window view, and overall our stay was amazing! Definitely recommend "
