The stairs up and down are a bit steep. Carrying suitcases is difficult.

There is no bedroom like in photo, the sofa bed is broken and filthy with a stain. Also another guest's dirty socks on floor underneath it and some trash.There are no slippers. We checked out the next day & they agreed for a refund but we still haven’t received it.
