"Apartment style, air b and b if you chose to stay longer, but perfect for a weekend trip. Breakfast options were yummy, but could have had more variety. The dinner options were delicious. Easy quick check in and out options. Everything was clean, nice new building. Grear price we had too. "

"Staff: very helpful and friendly Rooms: Huge!! we had the family room, the rooms was more than enough and very comfortable. we had kitchen, dining area, large bathroom and beds that are comfortable. All the facility in this hotel are new and nice! love the seating area at the roof top. there is laundry downstairs, money changer at the lobby. Transportation: very near to the bus stops, 5 mins walk to the bus station. The nearest train station is about 1km away which is not bad. "

"This hotel was sooo nice. It was really clean, nice and spacious and we liked that the bedroom closed off from the living area. I liked that the toilet was separate to the main bathroom and had a nice deep bath to relax in after all the walking. "We stayed at 4 different hotels in Japan and this one was our favourite. We were grateful to check in earlier (1pm) rather than 3pm. The hotel has a reception that is manned early in the morning to late in the evening. It is about 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station and the area outside the hotel is quiet.
