"This hotel is luxxx, with a free ramen service and glorious bath it's the full package. Which is lucky, because it's on a main road and you need to work a bit harder than most Japanese neighbourhoods to find the good places (try Davada coffee). Visited at the end of Golden Week so it was busy as all get out, but the staff couldn't have been lovelier. A nice splurge 😊"

"Overall a great hotel and excellent location with local shops, restaurants and shopping nearby and the Kyoto station is only minutes away. Hotel offered complimentary coffee, toothbrushes, and other hygienic items which were very appreciated. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the bathroom is very functional. We would stay here again when we visit Kyoto."

"The room had 4 separate beds which was great and not easy to find. The hotel offers a good value as the lobby and entrance are high end and we loved the roof deck. The location is a short walk to a rail station. Even though the hotel is one stop away from Kyoto’s main station, the area is pretty sleepy. There were a few restaurants close by and we walked through a park which was close by which had lots of elementary school kids in it each time we walked through it. "

"I am very happy about my stay at Hotel Vischio Kyoto by GRANVIA, modern & comfort hotel with good facilities. All the staff are very courteous, especially the cleaning crew. I am extremely thankful to the lady staff who checked us in, she honored our request of high-floor and room far away from elevator banks, and went beyond and above her duty to make restaurant reservations for us. Did not realize this was a special favor. We stayed for 7 nights, she was the only one who happily assisted us, two other front desk personnel informed us the hotel does not have concierge facility!!! How hard is it to make a phone call. It's a pity I forgot to note name of kind lady who helped us."
