"Excellent customer service, we lost our phone on the JR train line and they helped us with calling lost and found and direct us to the JR lost and found department. Our missing cell phone was found and mailed to our hotel. Any questions or concerns were addressed and had comfortable stay here. Wonderful easy location within the Koyto Station made day trips super easy. Love this hotel! Thanks!"

"Love this hotel. Close to the train/metro station. Clean, quiet, good maintanance. The only thing need to recommend guests is that they are restrict on the check-in time which is 2 pm. But you can store your luggage in the hotel for free before checking in. So you can go sightseeing. No complaints. Highly recommended!"

"What an amazing experience staying at this hotel! From the atmosphere to the service, from the food to the natural hot spring bath, the hotel staff do an incredible job welcoming the guests. It’s an immersive experience of Japanese culture when you are walking with no shoes and are wearing simple Japanese clothing provided. Highly recommend!"
